Food & Beverage Supervisor

What You'll Do : The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations. This role ensures exceptional guest service and satisfaction while achieving established Food & Beverage goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned) :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and bar areas.
• Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage front-of-house staff.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and attendance.
• May coordinate banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Create and manage employee work schedules on a shift basis.
• Perform various Food & Beverage line-level duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and responsible work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Directly supervising all front-of-house Food & Beverage staff, including Cashiers / Hosts, Bussers, Food Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, Cocktail Servers / Beverage Servers, and Banquet Staff.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; some colleges prefer it.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
