Personnel Scheduler

Are you great with schedules and managing details and want to use your skills to care for others? This might be the perfect fit! Responsibilities include maintaining a master schedule, handling call offs by rescheduling as well as providing notice to managers, family, clients and caregivers. This position also serves a primary role to coordinate information related to medical supplies usage and inventory and distribute supply as needed. Schedule : Monday - Friday Pay Range : $20-$24 / hr Manages a pool of Team Members (Licensed nurses, CNAs, RAs, etc.), coordinating and maintaining their schedules, addressing questions, comments, and concerns, as well as providing them with updated information regarding their clients and care plans. Documents changes in the database system; Assists Department Leadership in staffing appropriately licensed / certified team members through preparation and maintenance of daily and monthly schedules as staffing needs arise; Identifies staffing needs based on recurring schedule to Director of Nursing Note : This position manages scheduling call-offs and deficiencies during normal working hours. Shift Supervisors will manage acute changes in off hours. Completes reports, documents and monitors staff absenteeism; Completes attendance records of nursing staff; reports totals at the end of the month; Prepares schedules for aides according to client need and submits to Directors of Nursing for review; Track resident admissions, discharges, frequency changes, etc. as it relates to staffing; Input data into electronic medical record for billing purposes; Manages both incoming and outgoing calls to staff and clients; What's in it for you?
