Shift : 19 : 0007 : 30

Duration : 13weekPosition

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in anEmergency Department
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RegisteredNurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in FresnoCalifornia for a 13week position during night shifts.

This roleoffers a competitive hourly pay rate of $57 / hr negotiable based onexperience and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic andfastpaced environment.

As an RN in the Emergency Department youwill play a critical role in providing highquality care to patientsin need of urgent medical attention.

Responsibilities :

• Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival to theEmergency Department.
• Providing immediate careand intervention to patients experiencing acute medical conditionsor injuries.
• Administering medicationstreatments and interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests andprocedures.
• Collaborating withmultidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implementindividualized care plans.
• Ensuring accurateand timely documentation of patient assessments interventions andoutcomes.
• Providing education and emotionalsupport to patients and their families.
• Adhering to hospital policies procedures and standards ofcare.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a RegisteredNurse in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the stateof California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationpreferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support(PALS) certification preferred.
• Strongclinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused inhighstress situations.
