PCMI(Policy Claim Management International)is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration.

We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate Client implementation workshops to capture and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Interpret the Client’s current business processes and analyze the corresponding data to configure and implement the PCRS platform to meet the Client’s business needs.

Own solution design for areas of configuration or customization

• Monitor and recommend improvements for data quality, integrity, security, and governance of PCRS, including process optimizations.
• Act as the liaison between the Client and PCMI Development Teams when detailed process and data discussions require end user engagement.

Institutionalize knowledge for Clientsand Internal resources

• Provide training, hands on working sessions and written material to scale Client’s end-user adoption and understanding of administering the system.
• Craft and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
• Advance the BA Team’s capabilities through mentorship.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst including 2+ years in a Senior level role
• Experience working all facets of requirements gathering, identification and analysis (business requirements, data requirements, functional requirements).
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based teams, including proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience in the area of Software Applications, preferably working with external Clients.
• Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services.

• Ability to influence at various levels, drive adoption of best practices, and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Able to communicate with business stakeholders in a manner that focuses on business-level terminology, decisions, and issues.

This includes the translation of business requirements into data and data-oriented business questions.
