About the Job :

At Princive, we don’t just design interfaces—we craft experiences. We’re looking for a UX Design Strategist to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centric digital solutions. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and developers to shape seamless, impactful experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Maintain and improve design standards for consistency and quality.

Ideal Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Flexible, remote work environment.
