Key Responsibilities Take charge as the marketing spearhead for the lifestyle category, driving comprehensive brand strategy to incorporate consumer and brand perspectives across North American marketing initiatives.
Guide the creation and execution of brand concepts, creative campaigns, marketing briefs, and strategic plans aimed at stimulating consumer interest and driving demand.
Utilize consumer insights and brand vision to develop a broad concept map, continuously innovating to create engaging consumer experiences that promote internal and external brand and business growth.
Foster a collaborative atmosphere throughout the go-to-market process, working with teams across Marketing, Design, PR & Communications, Integrated Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Experience, Influencer Marketing, and Sports Marketing to ensure cohesive execution.
Ensure that all marketing disciplines maintain alignment, creativity, and insight, focusing on unified execution of marketing strategies.
Oversee the measurement of campaign progress, prioritizing impact on business outcomes and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
Over 8 years of marketing experience in fitness, Sports or related industries, with a strong focus on consumer connection and digital marketing.
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects and campaigns.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation in marketing.
Agile and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
