Warehouse Associate
Schedule :
Sunday through Friday, starting at 5pm until completion. Average shifts are 12-14 hours.
Compensation and Benefits :
Starting pay is $19.75 / hour ($24.50 / hour when production standards are met, plus incentives). Union benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and more after 90 days.
Responsibilities :
- Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet
- Move products from racks to pallets and verify correct selection
- Deliver products to correct dock area and wrap palletized orders
- Keep warehouse aisles clear and return pallet jacks to charging area
Physical Requirements :
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment and able to lift / carry / push / pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
Qualifications :
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, experience in high endurance or physical activity preferred
- Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
