As a Personal Care Worker at Executive Home Care of the Front Range, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities :
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) :
- Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Medication Reminders :
- Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Support clients in managing their medication routines.
- Meal Preparation and Nutrition :
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Companionship and Social Interaction :
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Household Assistance :
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Health Monitoring :
- Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Personal Caretaker or similar role preferred but not required
- Valid Drivers License and proof of Insurance
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
