Job Description
Deal directly with customers either by phone or face-to-face. Have a memorized knowledge of how to account, handle, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Smile both over the phone and when face-to-face with all customers. Greet each customer with a smile and welcome to Domino's.
Help in prepping boxes, no cell phone use or texting during work hours, remove garbage, clean sweep, and help to keep the storefront and back area, including the parking lot and sidewalk, clean.
