Job Description : Functions under the direction of the Site Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of clinical procedures that require independent judgment and initiative in the use of diagnostic and treatment equipment.
- Builds a culture of trust and engagement within workgroups and hospital / entity levels.- Holds leaders accountable for behavior that fosters trust and engagement.
- Performs responsibilities in a manner that reflects organizational values.- Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and involves them in developing systems to promote service growth, cost-effective delivery of quality patient care, and patient and employee satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.- Complies with all organizational policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.- On-call 12-hour shifts every 4 weeks, with 1 to 2 calls per month from Friday through Sunday.
