Optical Assistant Manager
Job Description
The Optical Assistant Manager at National Vision will oversee the daily operations of the store, including personnel management and inventory control.
They will be responsible for monitoring and achieving profit, sales, and performance goals, optimizing the eyeglass department, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
This role will involve supervising and motivating associates, forecasting staffing needs, and maintaining store promotions and visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate will have optical sales experience, proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a sound understanding of store operations and financial reports.
