Premier firm is currently seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably familiar with commercial or construction litigation.

Responsibilities :
- Perform legal research and analyze pertinent federal and state statutes as well as case law.
- Draft various legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Play a role in all stages of the discovery process, encompassing the preparation and response to discovery, and participation in deposition proceedings.
- Coordinate with co-counsel on law and motion, as well as discovery-related issues.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience - commercial or construction litigation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in identifying and analyzing intricate issues, contributing to the formulation of solutions and strategies.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and a dedicated commitment to professionalism with superior attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work within and enhance a collaborative environment.
- Must be proactive in taking ownership of assignments and responsibilities.
