Senior Help Desk Technician

80% Work from Home - 20% Onsite, Must be in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

What this role will entail :

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Walk the customer through the troubleshooting process
  • Follow up and update ticket status with customer information
  • Identity and suggest possible improvement on procedures

What we need from you :

  • Be a good listener
  • Driven to succeed at work and contribute to the big picture
  • Diligent with note taking
  • Passionate about customer service
  • CompTia A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus!
  • Windows Server certifications preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Windows Server experience
  • Firewall setup & configuration experience
  • Active Directory experience

Our total compensation and benefits for this role includes :

  • Salary is based on experience, drive and the value you can bring to the company : and is in the range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
  • Ascension plan if applicable
  • We provide 95% company paid health, dental, life and vision benefits - Value of $4,500 to $15,000 per year
  • We match 3% of your contributions to IRA or 401K -
  • More than 14+ days of paid time off AND two weeks vacation
