The Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercialization of our products and services in both national and international markets.

Working closely with our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives while providing technical leadership to our commercial team.

  • Promote, commercialize, and negotiate the company's products and services in alignment with established processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to market needs, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database, ensuring accurate records of contracted services and facilitating effective process monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define individual commercial action plans and contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives.
  • Monitor customer relationships and contracts, fostering trust and loyalty while safeguarding the interests.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, facilitating problem-solving and optimizing product offerings.
  • Ensure the organization and maintenance of departmental documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs on products and services to ensure consistent knowledge across the commercial team.

Requirements :

  • Familiarity with the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong sales techniques and proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Telecommunication Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, or at least 2 years as a Senior Technician II within the same functional family.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute commercial strategies.
  • Demonstrated initiative, analytical skills, and results orientation.
  • Proficiency in corporate sales management, business negotiation techniques, and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with the company's products and business operations management.
