As a work from home Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual appointments.

  • Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends.

  • Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
  • 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
  • Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
