Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of a prestigious restaurant. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests, driving revenue growth, and managing operational efficiency.

The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, fostering a collaborative and motivated team, and serving as a key representative for the restaurant within the local community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership & Team Management :
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Motivate and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment that enables them to achieve their full potential.
  • Revenue Growth & Profitability :
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective business strategies. Manage costs, optimize profitability, and uphold the restaurants financial goals while maintaining high service and quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring efficient staff training, accurate scheduling, and effective inventory management.

Continuously assess and improve the restaurants operations to maintain smooth daily functioning.

  • Brand Representation :
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the restaurant, building relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community. Ensure the restaurant upholds its reputation for exceptional service and quality while aligning with the companys brand vision.
  • Guest & Vendor Relations :
  • Build strong relationships with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience. Collaborate with vendors to maintain high-quality product sourcing and ensure timely deliveries that meet operational needs.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in similar high-level leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Experience with staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.

Compensation :

  • Salary : $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based incentives may apply.
