Role : Sr. System Analyst
Location : Richmond, VA Onsite (Must be need Local)
Job Description :
client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead go-live planning and coordination for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project.
The incumbent will serve as the Team Leader for the go-live planning and coordination team, overseeing all aspects of the CRIS implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of CRIS implementation, from planning to post-release refinement.
- Coordinate CRIS testing, release rollout, and post-release activities.
- Work with CRIS suppliers, interface partners, and VSP Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and IT Divisions.
- Document and coordinate tasks with VSP IT and interface partners for each release plan.
- Plan and lead simulated rollouts before each CRIS release.
- Define implementation requirements through analysis of the CRIS solution.
- Coordinate the creation, scrubbing, and use of test data for various testing scenarios with the test data team.
- Assist management in creating change management plans.
- Update staffing plans and job descriptions.
- Coordinate employee training and assignment of CRIS user roles.
- Work with external stakeholders and customers, soliciting and analyzing employee input and guidance.
Required Skills :
- Experience in developing and executing system test and implementation plans.
- Proficient in managing security access and user profile management.
- Prior experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build rapport and positive working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with various groups.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience working on criminal justice projects.
- Knowledge of functional and nonfunctional system requirements analysis.
