ProCare Therapy is searching for a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for Weehawken BOE near Ridgefield, NJ for the school year.

Job Details :
- Position : Special Education Teacher
- Location : Ridgefield, NJ
- Hours : 35+ hours per week
Qualifications :
- Experience in the following preferred :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education
- New JerseySPED Teaching Certification
- Previous experience in a SPED role is preferred
- Familiar with IEP's and EDP's
Responsibilities :
- Mild-Moderate & Moderate-Severe caseload.
- Teach, work with students, paraprofessionals, families, other staff, take data.
- Update IEP goals, assess students and write up the assessment report.
- Write IEPs, attend IEP meetings, present the assessment results.
