Senior Sales Manager, Key Accounts (Independent Agencies)
at Reddit New York Were looking for a seasoned sales manager to facilitate and own relationships with the most strategic Independent agencies in the U.
S. You will lead a team of Client Partners and Account Managers who are focused on building trusted relationships across priority Independent Agencies through net new and existing advertisers to Reddit, while developing long-term and impactful partnerships.
This role and team will be a part of our Key Accounts, Mid Market segment at Reddit. Reddit is a network of more than 100,000 communities where people can dive into anything through experiences built around their interests, hobbies and passions.
Reddit users submit, vote and comment on content, stories and discussions about the topics they care about the most. From pets to parenting, theres a community for everybody on Reddit and with more than 50 million daily active people, it is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet.

This role is based out of our New York, NY office.
Responsibilities :
- Build, train and manage a high-performing team of Client Partners and Account Managers through consistent feedback, communication and support.
- Drive and motivate your team to exceed established revenue targets across your list of priority Independent agencies.
- Develop deep and trusted relationships with Agency executive leadership and work to establish that Reddit is seen as a strong partner across their clients and brand.
- Lead and manage partnership agreements across priority Independent Agencies.
- Partner with Sales & cross-functional leadership (e.g. Marketing, Enablement, Karma Lab, Insights) to drive and execute Reddits Independent Agency model.
- Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of experience in digital media sales
- At least 3 years of sales management experience
- Experience building and cultivating relationships across Independent Agencies
- Experience with negotiation and management of partnership agreements
- Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders
- Expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated career progression in prior roles
