A company is looking for a Technical Lead to provide maintenance and operational support for multiple Salesforce Orgs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing maintenance and operational support for applications and resolve production issuesManage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for existing applications and develop new applications as neededSupport API integration enhancements and manage user provisioning based on customer requestsRequired QualificationsMinimum seven (7) years of experience as a Technical Architect with complex IT systemsExperience with large-scale projects involving at least 1,000 users and 1 million data recordsProven experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Salesforce Service CloudExperience in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering and deploymentBachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field;
