This role involves coordinating with department heads, managing project staffing, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Proficiency in reading construction plans and drawings.
- Excellent customer-facing and networking skills.
- Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
