As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment. Your role will include conducting routine patrols, interacting with the public, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address incidents or emergencies at the location.

Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to customers, employees, and visitors as needed.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
