Now Hiring : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in a clinic or home setting. This is a chance to build your career while making a meaningful impact on children and families in the south county location of San Diego!

Hours of Operation :  Mon-Friday9am-6pm,  Evening availability needed!

Pay :  $22.00 – $26.00 per hour DPO experience

Location :   San Diego (In clinic +In home)

    What You'll Do

  • Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in homes, clinics, and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data and track client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to support positive outcomes.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Availability Monday–Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m . (part-time or full-time schedules available).
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training and support provided).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (or currently enrolled).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 1+ year of experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, after-school programs, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
