Speech Language Pathologist - $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services. This full-time or part-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to help patients improve communication and swallowing functions.

• Deliver care per state guidelines and interdisciplinary team plans
• Assess patients' abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Document sessions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with team members and attend meetings
• Maintain accurate records and complete evaluations

Qualifications : Oregon license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.
