Senior Lead Salesforce Developer

Location : Ideally MN but open to Remote

Overview :

Seeking an experienced Senior Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity, system integration, and security standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.

Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
