Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN.
- Minimum two years Hospice experience, required. Prior demonstrated clinical leadership, required.
- Licensure / Recurrent RN licensure in appropriate state, required. CHPN, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required) : Successful completion of generic and departmental-specific skills validation and competency testing.
Ability to successful complete Leader training and education . Ability to drive / travel to multiple locations / facilities as needed.
