Job Description
As a Staff Test Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor products through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

- Developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product specifications and requirements.
- Designing and executing test setups using automated test equipment (ATE), probe stations, oscilloscopes, and other testing tools.
- Programming and scripting in languages such as Python, C, or C++ to automate test processes and analyze test data.
- Conducting thorough test validation and verification to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality assurance (QA) teams to address technical issues and optimize testing processes.
- Analyzing test results, identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and generating detailed test reports and documentation.
- Staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in semiconductor testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Test Engineer with 5+ Years experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for Power Management IC products.
- Experience using Advantest 93k, MicroFlex testers.
- Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol.
- Understand and apply best practices to develop robust test solutions.
- Understand procedures such as GR&R, HTOL, Characterization.
- Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently.
Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $151,500 - 227,500. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay.
Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
