Background and Job Purpose :
The Product Manager will be crucial in managing and delivering technology projects for major events, including tournaments and the Olympic Games.
This role involves direct collaboration with clients to gather and define detailed requirements, liaise with headquarters on product implementation, and oversee all aspects of product management from planning to user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather and refine requirements for public ticket retail products related to major events.
- Support the creation of detailed product specifications and ensure that they meet client needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with Eventim headquarters and Product Management teams to facilitate the seamless implementation of products into the wider project timeline.
- Lead project planning and management efforts to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring that all solutions meet their requirements and are ready for live deployment.
- Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) tests with internal teams to validate project assumptions and effectiveness before full-scale implementation.
- Work alongside partners to deploy system and operational solutions.
- Help in maintaining and creating documentation.
- Contribute to the overarching project plan and report on task progress.
- Become a subject matter expert on Eventim systems and provide level 3 support.
- Offer support to all teams during event operations.
Key Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required :
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in technical projects within the events industry.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with IT and development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing and planning Proof of Concept implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology and event management.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in varying conditions and embrace challenges.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.

- Compensation Range : $65,000 - $95,000 - commensurate with experience.
