As an Accounting Manager, your compensation will be $84,000-$88,000 per annum.
What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests :
- You will be responsible for managing the bi-weekly payroll cycle using Paycom, including necessary corrections to time clock punches, employee maintenance, administering garnishments, and oversight over payroll earnings and deductions adhering to hotel guidelines and procedures.
- Clear bi-weekly time clock punch errors and compile all garnishments, service charges, tips, and gratuities prior to transmitting payroll.
- Prepare monthly journal entries to record bi-weekly payroll, monthly payroll accruals, and monthly FTE statistical calculations.
- Oversee meal break compliance reporting and work with operations to clear infractions.
- Support weekly labor meetings, identifying issues related to job codes that require updates.
- Distribute bi-weekly vacation and sick liability reporting for management reference.
- Retrieve and prepare payroll documentation required for investigations related to payroll records.
- Research payroll-related matters with Paycom and maintain a close relationship with the Paycom Client Service Manager.
- Partner with Senior Finance Leadership and hotel management to align operational needs with financial requirements.
- Help instill a strong internal control environment that protects the assets and resources of our organization.
- Directly manage and support finance division employees, reviewing and implementing opportunities for improved efficiencies.
- Lead day-to-day operations and all aspects of accounting functions.
- Help lead and drive the Monthly P&L and Financial Statement preparation in partnership with Finance Management.

What you'll bring

- Ability to communicate comfortably in English.
- 3 to 5 years of previous payroll and accounting processing experience required for no less than 250 employees.
- College degree preferred but not required depending on experience.
