Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering in sheet metal, thermoforming, or plastics
- Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, GD&T, and metrology
- Hands-on leadership supervising a team of 3 Quality Techs while staying technical
