The Production Sample Coordinator will be responsible for processing and tracking all product samples as they move through the Development & Production stages to be organized and submitted to various departments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Sample tracking by locating any incoming and missing samples.
• Pick up, unpack, pack and organize samples for the Production & Development team.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, unpacking boxes, etc.
• Managing sample logs for all incoming / outgoing samples and swatches.
• PLM entries and updates for Development team.
• Prepare and organize samples in a timely manner for TOP, Ecom, photo-shoots, visuals, marketing, etc.
• Take proactive approaches to ensure all responsibilities and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred
• Must have general computer knowledge; Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment and basic understanding of retail workflow preferred
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 20-25 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

The position reports to the office (Mon-Fri) five (5) days a week.

ADDITIONAL DATA :

The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.

In addition to your salary, Forever 21, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
