We are hiring a Bartender. In thisrole, you are responsible for preparing cocktails, taking foodorders, serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages whileproviding service that aligns with the Erickson Senior LivingMission, Vision, Values, and StrategicObjectives.

How youwill make anImpact :

• Ensurea smooth and timely experience for all guests, providingexceptional customerservice.
• Become asubject matter expert on menu items, ingredients, and preparationmethods
• Preparecocktails and serves nonalcoholic drinks and food to patrons of thepub orrestaurant.
• Take foodand beverage orders and handlepayment.
• Replenish andpreparesupplies.

Compensation : Up to $19.00 per hour, based uponexperience

Whatyou willneed :

• Meetthe state’s age requirement for servingalcohol.
• Flexibilityto work weekends andholidays
• High SchoolDiploma or GEDpreferred.
• Experiencein a kitchen / service environmentpreferred.
• T.I.P.sor ServSafe Alcohol preferred. Training must be completed with 90days of commencing employment unless the state requiresearlier.
• Must be ableto read, write, understand and communicate in the Englishlanguage.
• Be able tolift and / or move objects weighing up to 25pounds.
