A physician-lead, multi-specialty group located in Northern Idaho is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to work 4 days per week in their outpatient clinic.
This position is offering total income potential of over $350,000 in year one with with an additional $100,000 recruitment package.
The Position :
- Option of a 4-day work week in the outpatient clinic allows for a nice work / life balance
- Work alongside 5 other full-time Pediatricians
- Strong referral system and large, established patient panel
- Compensation package includes a base salary up to $250,000, with production incentives that put you between $300-350,000 -all of pediatricians are making over $300k annually
- $70,000 sign-on bonus to be used however you see fit, Full Benefits, PTO, and option for Partnership
