Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects from kickoff to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction and project management, and the ability to effectively communicate with design teams, clients, and labor.
Duties
- Understand and translate construction documents into tasks and responsibilities
- Utilize construction management software to manage scope of work and cost tracking
- Conduct inspections on-site to ensure that construction documents and
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
What to bring (Job Requirements) :
- Proven experience in construction project managment
- Familiarity with using BuilderTrend or similar CM software for budget & schedule management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience :
Project management : 2 years (Preferred)
