- Develops dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach
- Administers medication, treatments, and IV fluids in a safe and timely manner
- Uses critical thinking skills and effective communication to address resident needs
- Monitors resident care closely and remains knowledgeable about residents' status
- Completes ongoing education to remain current in best nursing practices
Job Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current RN license
- CPR / AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months
- Preferred experience in long-term care
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Physical ability to assist and care for residents
- Visual acuity and technical skills for documentation
