Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Maintain adherence to the company's standards of safety
- Ensure that required documentation is filed
- Assist in creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects
- Develop pre-construction RFP package
- Assist in conducting project meetings, setting milestones and formulating monthly owner report
- Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders
- Update project schedule; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics
- Assist in managing the closeout process
- Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
- 3+ years of previous field experience at a General Contractor
- Prior experience with ground-up healthcare and tenant improvement projects (OSHPD / HCAI and critical care project experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.
- Advanced abilities with MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Project / P6, Excel, Bluebeam, and Timberline)
