Job Title : Quality Technician

Job Type : Full-time Temp to Hire
Pay Range : $15.50-$19.00 per hour
Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team, a leading tire assembly business. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
- Record and analyze inspection and test data
- Identify and report non-conforming products and materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field
- Experience in the tire manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
