Proficiency in clinical skills with a strong emphasis on acute care nursing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.Ability to think critically and adapt to emergencies or unexpected changes during night shifts.Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.Skilled in using healthcare software and electronic health records.
