To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Residential Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' comfort by delivering high-quality service that meets their HVAC needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure residential HVAC systems run efficiently and have a long lifespan.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing prompt and effective repairs or recommending necessary replacements.
• Respond to service calls and handle emergency repairs as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
• Collaborate with homeowners to understand their heating and cooling needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records, including parts used and labor hours.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure safe working conditions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve service offerings.
