Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with and provide analytical and decision support to the corporate executive team, business leaders, and private equity owners.
  • Measure, visualize, and articulate progress in relation to key organizational goals, particularly in sales generation, cash flow optimization, staffing, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and lead the implementation of processes to achieve key organizational goals and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance data, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and develop action plans to address them.

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand, process, and summarize large data sets from different data sources to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Alteryx and data visualization tools.
  • Proficient in financial analysis with a strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting; CPA preferred.
  • Ability to start initiatives from scratch and drive them to completion with a clear vision and strategic insight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to the corporate executive team, business leaders, and private equity owners.
  • Experience in managing projects and teams, with a focus on mentoring and professional development.
  • Financial or operational consulting experience (e.g., Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) - financial or operational due diligence).
  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and operational improvements in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience operating within a private equity environment.
  • Regular interaction with the corporate executive team, business leaders, and private equity owners.
  • This role is key to integrating strategic, operational, and financial insights to guide the company's decision-making and future growth.
  • The position requires a high level of discretion and professional judgment.

Additional Information

  • Based in the NYC metro area (NYC; Fairfield County, CT; Westchester County, NY); flexibility required to meet business needs.
  • Hybrid role requiring presence at the worksite 1-4 days a week.
  • Compensation salary range $ 102,339 - 163,742
