The Dollar Bank Leadership Development Program is for YOU. This program prepares you to become an Assistant Branch Manager in the retail banking division of Dollar Bank.
As a member of the Leadership Development Program, you will complete a 6-18 month training program. This will allow you to develop at a speed that is appropriate for you while shaping your own future.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who will assume a leadership role as an Assistant Branch Manager upon completion of the Leadership Development Program.
Through our hands-on learning environment, you will learn how to develop a successful team. You will be responsible for maintaining your personal sales goals, while learning how to build a motivated sales and service team where everyone contributes to the success of the branch through a consultative sales and service approach.
As a member of the Regional Banking Team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within Dollar Bank's East Market.
These branches include Braddock Hills, East Liberty, Greengate, Hyndman, Ligonier, McKeesport, Monroeville, Mt. Pleasant, Murrysville, North Huntingdon, Penn Hills, Scottdale, and Westmoreland.
Travel reimbursement is provided after a specific mileage threshold is met.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry required.
Will consider High School Diploma / GED with five years of customer service experience in financial services or retail industry.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to include professional grammar and demeanor.
- Ability to travel as needed to training.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
