We are seeking an experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in preconstruction for ground-up commercial and multi-family projects .
What Youll Do :
- Lead preconstruction activities for projects with budgets of $10M+
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and scopes of work
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Evaluate constructability, schedule, and material options to optimize project delivery
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
