In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and delivery execution of this mission critical portfolio.

The role will lead ADP's HRO business unit product technology strategy.

You'll be accountable for something significant : the uncompromising quality of our products. We're looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who desires to try new things and has a passion for impact.

To thrive in this role, you will lead the definition of an inspiring vision and strategy for the HRO business unit's portfolio across all lines of business.

Lead a team of product managers who are responsible for working across various stakeholders including, Business Unit leaders, Sales and Service Leaders, Developers and across the global ADP Product Management team to ensure the vision / strategy is fully aligned and executed consistently.

In addition, the Vice President of Product Management for HRO is responsible for the defining and achieving the strategic business objectives spanning revenue growth, client retention, market share, and product innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Here's what you can expect on a typical day :

Strategy and vision : You'll use your ability to define, create and deliver a vision and strategy working across functional business lines, sharing progress on the delivery and business impact of consolidated payroll offering.

Drive cultural change and transformation : You have led, inspired, and engaged organizations to embrace change and continually innovate.

You've built robust cross-business unit teams that achieve performance standards and thrive.

Operate with a product ownership mindset : You understand and reinforce a product culture. Your decision-making processes will focus on client satisfaction, revenue, and growth.

You will contribute to the evolution of our next-generation products and the continuous enhancement of the User Experience (UX) across the portfolio.

Influence the c-suite and inspire their confidence : You are comfortable in the boardroom and have a compelling voice demonstrated through your executive presence, ability to lead change, and clear executive-level communications on your product's performance.

Fiscal responsibility : You have proven your business and finance acumen managing multi-million-dollar initiatives with solid governance, an organized methodology, and successful execution.

Some specifics : budget planning and management, investment business case development, and ongoing metrics reporting.

Explore & evaluate new tech : Your knowledge of the technology landscape plus new and emerging technologies allows you to innovate our products.

You will balance business needs with technology assessments and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements as needed.

Represent ADP in external events, conferences and industry organizations and serve as the key client facing contact for the product portfolio.

Engage with strategic clients, industry analysts, partners to establish and solidify ADP's position as an industry leader.

Grace Under Pressure : You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction as necessary.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :

You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

You have 12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Bonus points for having an innovation track record with documented inventions (i.e., patents)
