Position Overview :
We are searching for a Warehouse Associate to play a critical role responsible for performing a variety of duties within our warehouse.
This role will primarily focus on order fulfillment and product replenishment. Our ideal candidate is a personable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
This candidate is self-driven with a continuous improvement and quality mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Restocking inventory
- Order fulfillment
- Inventory cycle counts
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces
- Quality inspection on all outgoing orders
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
Basic Requirements :
- High school Diploma
- 1-3 years of warehouse or related experience
- Ability to lift 30 pounds without mechanical assistance
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated; desire to hustle and contagious work ethic
- Team player mindset, experience serving on a team
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time wisely and accomplish tasks efficiently according to a deadline
