200k base plus percentage. 350K+ annual expected.
We are seeking an ambitious Personal Injury Trial Attorney to become a part of our team!
10+ years prior personal injury litigation experience only.
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in hearings, depos, trials with an eye toward preparation in advance;
- Research, prepare, and draft motions, complaints, responses, briefing;
- Formulate litigation strategy on complex commercial litigation involving serious and catastrophic injuries;
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, such as consulting and hiring experts, coordinating staff, preparing for trial.
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Patience and kindness towards clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation;
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar and ability to obtain federal bar licensure;
We will reimburse moving expenses.
