Design Specialist

Are you passionate about crafting custom pools and outdoor spaces? Kingdom Pools TN LLC, a leading pool design and installation company serving Middle Tennessee, is seeking a talented Designer and Sales Specialist to join our team!
Position Overview :
As a Designer and Sales Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to bring their pool and outdoor visions to life. From custom design to cost estimation and sales, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring both functionality and beauty in every detail.
This role also includes serving as the Lead Estimator for Hardscape Projects on residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design custom pools, spas, and outdoor spaces that meet client goals.
- Utilize top industry design software such as Lumion, AutoCAD, Structure Studios, SketchUp, and Pool Studio to create detailed, visually compelling layouts.
- Conduct site assessments and manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and perform take-offs for materials and labor.
- Lead the sales process, from lead generation to negotiations and closing.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
What We Offer :
- Starting Salary : $90,000 annually
- Great Bonuses Based on Quarterly Sales : Rewarding performance bonuses available each quarter, based on sales achievements.
- Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (contingent on one-year employment)
