Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
You will be accountable for coordinating and managing the efforts of cross-functional teams, while also overseeing the project's budget, schedule, and quality.

Duties :
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure the effective execution of project tasks and activities, and monitor progress against project milestones and deadlines.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Conduct regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure stakeholder awareness and alignment.
- Implement quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Manage project vendors and ensure their performance meets the required standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Redmine and Confluence to track project progress and manage project documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing Kaizen principles to optimize project processes and improve project outcomes.
- Manage project conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with vendor management and quality management.
- Familiarity with conflict management and negotiation techniques.
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on project management best practices and continuous improvement.
