This is for the mobile MRI unit. Job will be at the hospital. The candidate will be rotating through our machines and one machine right now is a mobile MRI parked right outside our department.

This is MRI only, no Xray will be required)

VACCINE INFO : - The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).- If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines.

Qualivis will review / approve each request with supporting documentation.
