iOS Developer

An International company, located in Plano, TX, is seeking an iOS Mobile Developer for a 6+ month contract role. What we"re looking for : We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic iOS Mobile Developer to join our dynamic Application Engineering team to develop and enhance our applications on iPhone and iPad OS platforms.

As a Senior mobile engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications including work on improving the architecture.

You will work closely with other Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile solutionsWhat you"ll be doing : oDesign, develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS platform.

oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. oWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

oParticipate and Assist in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.

oDebug and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal application performance. oPerform unit testing and ensure the robustness, reliability, and performance of applications.

oParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. oStay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

oImplement mobile development best practices to ensure high code quality and performance. oAdhere to security and data protection guidelines for mobile applications.

Requirements : Qualifications / What you bring (Must Haves) o6+ years knowledge in Native mobile app development. oMandatory Native iOS development, knowing cross-platform frameworks including Flutter, React Native, Android, multiplatform is a plus.

oIn depth understanding of programming languages like swift, Objective C, Swift UI. oWrite code and design systems using cross platform IDEs such as Visual Studio, XCode.

oSolid understanding of mobile app design patterns like - MVC, MVP, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, MVVM pattern, Clean Architecture, Viper etc.

oExperience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries and APIs. oStrong experience collaborating with designers and UX experts to create great user experiences.

oStrong experience building and maintaining iOS frameworks using Cocoa Pods / Swift Packages oWorking Knowledge of Unit and Automated testing using Native frameworks such as XCUI oFamiliarity with tools like Jenkins, Fastlane and using version control tools like Git, Gitlab.

oStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies / challenges.

oStrong understanding of code review guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement within the development team.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred) : oUnderstanding of CI / CD principles oGood understanding of UI / UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers.

oGood knowledge of UX best practices, interactive design principles, guidelines, including current mobile accessibility standards.

oPreferred familiarity with Bluetooth, BT Profiles, Digital Key, Core Bluetooth, External accessory, OAuth 2.0 and iAP2 oAble to work on Agile and Test-driven development.

oFamiliar with agile processes, continuous integration, and working with a remote team. oStrong communicator who collaborates well across teams.
