Outpatient Surgery : W, Th 7 : 30am - 12 : 30pm

Procedures : All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center.

Call : No Call

Patients per shift : 12-15

License : California and active Fluro license

EMR : Epic
